Our Knowlesville Saturday Breakfast is a community-wide open house event that brings people together in a relaxed, kid-friendly space for a simple home-cooked offering that ranges from hot griddle cakes to zydeco-style fried beignets. This is a pay-what-you-can fundraiser for the school that builds community connections throughout the year.

Please join us on the last Saturday of each month from 8:00 am – 11:00 am for our Knowlesville Art & Nature Centre Breakfast Fundraiser! Currently, we are serving hot sourdough beignets with your choice of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate along with your choice of farm fresh eggs and home-made biscuits and jam. This breakfast is all by donation and run by our committed support team of volunteers. All proceeds going to support our programs and the building maintenance fund.

We rely on the support of volunteers who help with serving and hosting for the event, and the ingredient donations that help make these breakfasts possible.
