* What is Sliding Scale Cost? :
We provide a range here – or “sliding scale” – in an effort to make our programs accessible to those who couldn’t otherwise participate due to cost. The high end of the scale reflects the full price of recouping our expenses as a non-profit, and our experience is that those who can afford this price will pay it. The lower end is made available for those who find the full price a barrier to joining. We trust all registrants will self-select wherever they fall on the scale and pay accordingly, with no follow up questions or judgment.
** In non-Covid related instances our Normal Refund Policy will apply:
Cancellations with 2 weeks+ notice before the camp starts are entitled to a 100% refund. Cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice prior to camp are entitled to a 50% refund.
What To Bring to Camp:
Every camp comes with unique and different experiences, so before each one starts we will send out an email (provided to us on the camper’s registration) of the items that they will need specifically for that camp. This list below provides a general idea of what the campers should be bringing and what they should be keeping at home.
