The date for our 2024 Fall Fair is Saturday, October 5th from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm!


This day-long fair is packed full of vendors, games, competitions, food, workshops and more! New 2024 vendor form coming soon.

7:00 pm: Polish off your dancing shoes, pick a partner and perfect your do-si-do, because we will be ending the evening with a classic country dance! We’re excited to have Patty Hudson joining us this year as the caller.

Throughout the day, multiple workshops and tours take place. This can range from learning how to making sourdough to experiencing a tour of the community. Times are to be determined.

Finally, we end with a by donation dinner at 5:00 pm. Our menu includes: Meat chili, vegetarian chili, Kale Salad, sourdough bread, corn bread, apple crumble and pie. If you plan to attend please give us a head’s up!

We are now excepting vendor applications! If you or someone you know, is interested in vending please fill out a form and send it to info@knowlesvillenature.ca. We are looking for booth holders, artisans, farmers, crafts persons, food vendors and musicians interested in showcasing their work and skills in a festival celebrating rural life and traditions. Help us make this the best community country fair by coming and taking part.


For Vending the fee is $20 or a donation of equal or greater value of your product for a door prizes raffle. Children who would like to set up a small table are welcome as well and we encourage a 10% of sales donation as an alternative to the set table fee. Tables and chairs are not provided. Set up must be complete at least 30 minutes before the fair opens.


Please fill out the following application and send to us by September 18th; We need your name (and name of business if applicable), address, phone number, email, Description of products or skills to demonstrate, and if you are a food vendor, what will your waste strategy be? Please consider reusable dishes or paper/cardboard rather than plastic or styrofoam.

This Event is Organized By…

Our Country Fair committee is a group of volunteers who are committed to making this event the best it can be. Their support of time, ideas, donations and enthusiasm help to make this event possible. A big thank you to our 2023 committee members: Bobbi Gascoigne, Fatima Rahhali, Leland Wong-Daugherty, Tegan Wong-Daugherty, Whisper Gardiner, Seven, Hasan Haghani, and Sammy Murphy, as well as all of our front-booth and set-up/clean-up volunteers.

If you would like to join in on a fair meeting, volunteer or donate please don’t hesitate to contact us. Meetings are open to anyone and held every Friday at 3:00 pm (from June – October 2023)

Entrance Raffle

Entry to the Fair is by donation. Donations go towards making this event possible and supporting the school and community. When you donate, your names goes into our door-prize raffle draw that can include items from some of the various vendors, donated prizes and prizes from our sponsors!

This is drawn at the end of the day, and winners will be contacted in the following days to receive their prize.
